Job Description

Candidates should demonstrate excellent leadership and training skills to effectively lead all classes with the support and guidance of the head coach and Managers. All trainers should be able to train any level of customers, from beginner to advanced athletes and/or competitor. Trainers should be self-motivated and a team player with the ability to get along with all type of personalities in order to help clients reach their goals.

Responsibilities:

  • To provide a professional PT services to customers with a focus on safety, attention to detail and customer service.
  • Have a complete knowledge of the Fitness and bodybuilding training sessions and possess the ability to educate and train customers clearly.
  • Possess ability to work without direct supervision
  • Maintain a positive attitude and contribute toward a quality work environment
  • Enjoy working with different people and possess a friendly and outgoing personality.
  • Offer additional support to help customers achieve their fitness goals
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with current clients and convert potential clients
  • Adhere to all health club policies and procedures and company policies

Skills

  • A degree (or similar) in Sports Science or Physical Education will be welcome.
  • 3-5+ years of working in a gym environment or fitness training as a trainer or bodybuilding
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Arabic will be an advantage
  • Ability to connect with clients and build community
  • Ability to motivate clients and implement new ideas

What we provide to our selected candidates

  • Basic monthly salary starting from KD.347/-
  • Commission on PT session per client/per session
  • Private medical insurance for self
  • Residency stamping formalities in Kuwait
