Business Development Excutive
We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth. This role demands strong communication skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to work in a target-oriented environment.MOSTLY PREFER FEMALES.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and online research.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to foster long-term partnerships.
- Understand client needs and propose tailored solutions that align with company offerings.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align strategies and deliverables.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline and regularly update CRM systems.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking activities to promote the brand.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related area.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and competitive environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in the [industry type - e.g., IT, SaaS, manufacturing, etc.]
- Knowledge of digital marketing, lead generation tools, or industry trends.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams.
