What Youll Do

As a Business Development Officer, you will play a key role in expanding our student recruitment network, establishing strong relationships with agents, and ensuring seamless admissions processes for students. Your responsibilities will include:

✅ Developing and maintaining partnerships with recruitment consultants, agencies, and higher education institutions.✅ Identifying and engaging potential students for study abroad programs across multiple destinations.✅ Guiding students through the admissions and application process, ensuring compliance with university requirements for UK, USA, Australia, Canada, China, Malaysia, UAE, and European study destinations.✅ Executing business development strategies to enhance our global reach and improve student recruitment outcomes.✅ Sourcing and training education agents on how to effectively promote IM AMBASSADORs services.✅ Conducting research on market trends, competitor analysis, and industry developments to inform strategic planning.✅ Driving revenue growth through existing partnerships while identifying new opportunities.✅ Delivering presentations, workshops, and webinars, representing IM AMBASSADOR at educational fairs, conferences, and networking events.

What Were Looking For

We are seeking a highly motivated professional with a passion for international education, business development, and student recruitment. The ideal candidate should meet the following criteria:

Essential Requirements:

✅ Minimum 3 years of experience in student recruitment and business development.✅ Bachelors degree required (preference for candidates with higher qualifications or certifications in education, business, or a related field).✅ Proven experience working with international student recruitment agencies and building strong relationships with key stakeholders.✅ In-depth knowledge of admissions processes for UK, USA, Australia, Canada, China, Malaysia, UAE, and European universities.✅ Strong business development skills, including identifying, onboarding, and managing education agents and recruitment networks.✅ Ability to generate new revenue streams by expanding partnerships and strengthening existing relationships.✅ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (written and verbal).✅ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools to manage leads, client relationships, and performance tracking.✅ Confidence in delivering presentations, workshops, and being in front of the camera for promotional events.✅ Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented individual who thrives in a competitive environment.

Desirable Skills & Experience:

✔ Experience using Salesforce or other database management systems for tracking recruitment activities.✔ Candidates who have worked directly with an institution (anywhere in the world) or have significant agency experience managing a sub-network of agents.✔ Multilingual abilities are an advantage, helping to engage with diverse student demographics.
