Project Manager for Contracting Company
Key Responsibilities:
Lead & Manage Project Teams: Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initiation to completion, ensuring that the project is delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Client Communication & Service: Establish and maintain open lines of communication with clients to understand their needs, provide regular project updates, and ensure exceptional service. Foster strong client relationships to ensure long-term success and satisfaction.
Coordinate Subcontractors & Work Schedules: Effectively arrange work schedules and resources with subcontractors, ensuring the seamless execution of tasks, adherence to deadlines, and the highest quality standards.
Monitor Project Progress: Continuously track the status of the project, adjusting schedules and resources as necessary to keep everything on track. Ensure any project changes are effectively communicated and managed.
Team Support & Development: Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to your team members, ensuring their professional growth and success. Create an environment that encourages teamwork, innovation, and problem-solving.
Foster Positive Work Culture: Promote a collaborative, high-performance work culture by motivating team members, maintaining positive working relationships, and supporting a safe and efficient work environment.
Stakeholder Communication: Ensure that all project stakeholders, including team members, clients, subcontractors, and senior management, are kept informed of project developments, challenges, and successes.
Issue & Risk Management: Proactively identify potential risks and issues that could affect the project timeline or outcomes, and take corrective actions as needed to mitigate any challenges.
Track & Report Project Performance: Create and present regular status reports to senior management, highlighting project performance, risks, challenges, and any necessary corrective actions.
Quality Assurance: Ensure that all projects meet or exceed established quality standards, with a focus on precision, safety, and client satisfaction.
Key Requirements:
AutoCAD Expertise: Strong knowledge and practical experience with AutoCAD, applying it effectively in the design and execution of fit-out projects.
Leadership Skills: Strong ability to inspire and lead teams, build trust, and motivate individuals to achieve high performance and project success.
Excellent Communication Skills: Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, team members, subcontractors, and senior management.
Strong Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously, ensuring that all project elements run smoothly.
Problem-Solving Abilities: Proactive in identifying and solving challenges, with a solutions-oriented approach to project delivery.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: KD1.000 - KD1,100.000 per month
