Supply Chain Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies that align with business goals.
• Manage procurement of materials, negotiation with vendors, and supplier performance.
• Optimize inventory levels and ensure accurate demand forecasting.
• Oversee logistics, transportation, and distribution processes.
• Monitor warehouse operations for efficiency and safety.
• Analyze supply chain data to identify areas for improvement and cost savings.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with production, sales, and finance teams.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and quality standards.
• Develop KPIs and regularly report on supply chain performance metrics.
• Manage supply chain risks and develop contingency plans.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA or relevant certifications like CSCP preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations management.
• Strong understanding of supply chain processes and ERP systems.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in supply chain software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
