Job Title: Saleslady - Fashion Retail (Tagalog Speaking)

Salary: 300 KD Basic + 50 KD Transportation Allowance

Job Description:We are looking for a dynamic and customer-oriented Saleslady to join our fashion retail team. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in apparel/fashion sales and possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. You will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, building client relationships, and contributing to the stores sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Assist customers in selecting and purchasing fashion items
• Maintain product knowledge to answer customer inquiries effectively
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
• Replenish stock and maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the store
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently
• Meet individual and store sales targets

Requirements:

• Proven experience in fashion/apparel retail sales
• Must speak Tagalog fluently
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly, enthusiastic, and customer-focused
• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
• Must hold a Visa 18 (Normal) and be ready to join immediately
