Training and Development Specialist

Industry: Training & Certification (Partnership with U.S.-based platform)

About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Training & Development to join our growing team in Kuwait. Our company represents a prestigious U.S. platform specializing in training and certification programs for professionals working with children across schools and institutions in the Gulf region.

Key Responsibilities:

· Represent the company in all partnership-related operations with the American platform.

· Oversee the coordination and delivery of training and certification programs to educational entities.

· Build and maintain strong client relationships with schools, training centers, and institutions.

· Lead internal coordination, reporting, scheduling, and operational follow-ups.

· Handle marketing communications, including promotional content, presentations, and basic social media coordination.

· Support in the planning and execution of outreach strategies to grow the brand and client base.

· Represent the company in events, meetings, and school visits both locally and regionally.

· Monitor program quality, ensure smooth processes, and uphold educational standards.

Requirements:

· Languages:

o Fluent in both Arabic and English (written and spoken)

· Experience:

o Minimum 3 years in a training center, educational institution, or relevant sector

o Proven experience in management, coordination, or program supervision

o Previous involvement in basic marketing activities or business development is preferred

o familiarity with international qualification standards, particularly NCFE CACHE or British-accredited programs

o Basic technical proficiency in tools such as LMS or CRM platforms

o Confidence in working directly with global teams, including English-based meetings and reporting

· Skills & Attributes:

o Strong sense of ownership and independence

o Excellent organizational and leadership abilities

o Good understanding of educational and training environments

o Comfortable with writing promotional content and communicating key messages

o Proficient in preparing simple marketing materials or working alongside marketing teams

· Other Requirements:

o Valid driving license

o Willingness and flexibility to travel within the region when required

o Comfortable working full-time and managing dynamic responsibilities

o Strong time management and decision-making abilities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: KD400.000 - KD600.000 per month
