Job Summary:
Gamzland is looking for an enthusiastic and service-oriented Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for our guests. In this role, you will handle incoming calls, assist with bookings for parties and events, and ensure every guest - young or adult - receives an exceptional experience from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to inquiries about events, activities, and pricing
- Assist customers with bookings for parties, events, and walk-in play sessions
- Provide accurate and engaging information about Gamzlands entertainment offerings for both kids and adults
- Handle customer concerns or complaints with patience and professionalism
- Manage schedules, availability, and booking confirmations using our reservation system
- Follow up with clients before and after their events to ensure satisfaction
- Work closely with event coordinators and front-line staff to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain organized customer records and update internal systems as needed
- Promote current offers, packages, and membership programs
