Sales Engineer

Responsibilities •Identify and develop new business sales leads/opportunities in the fire protection, Fire suppression, Detection, Firefighting specialties and firefighting systems. •Identify and maintain prospective clients to generate the business •Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business. •Deliver technical presentations and demonstrations to potential clients to showcase the features and benefits of the companys products portfolio and solutions. •Prepare technical and commercial proposals (Quotations, estimation & Costing) and negotiate contracts with clients to close the deals. •Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services to clients. •Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies and competitors offerings to effectively position the companys products in the market. •Be Customer centric; Generate leads from the retrofit (existing Facilities) targeting end users and the new project/opportunities for Fire protection Systems Job Requirements Educational Qualifications Education Degree : Bachelor Major : Electrical/Mechanical Engineering Experience Years of Experience : 4 - 15 Years Field of Experience : Sales experience in the Fire Protection/Suppression, Detection & alarm, Firefighting specialties and firefighting systems and Industry. Skills •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English/Arabic) •Proven track record of exceeding sales targets. •Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients. •Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales goals and objectives •Strong technical knowledge/skills and well versed with the fire alarm, fire protection and firefighting system with respect to the industry standards (NFPA and Local Kuwait).
