Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic & Operational Leadership

• Turn company goals into clear, actionable plans for each branch.
• Lead new store openings — from scouting locations to getting doors open.
• Drive performance improvements and keep customers coming back.
• Ensure all stores follow quality, hygiene, and service standards.
• Collaborate on pricing and new product launches that excite customers.
• Partner with Marketing to roll out impactful promotions.
• Optimize delivery and logistics to keep operations running smoothly.

2. Cost Control & Revenue Optimization

• Monitor key financial metrics like food cost, labor, and wastage.
• Identify smart ways to cut costs without compromising quality.
• Work with the Supply Chain team to keep inventory efficient and well-stocked.

3. Team Management & Development

• Support and guide store managers, kitchen leads, and frontline teams.
• Run regular performance check-ins and align with HR on goals.
• Build training programs that help team members level up.
• Create a culture of teamwork, accountability, and growth.
• Celebrate top performers and put plans in place to keep them growing with us.

4. Customer Experience & Quality Control

• Stay close to customer feedback and turn insights into improvements.
• Maintain high standards for service and presentation across all touchpoints.
• Lead the team in delivering a consistently great customer experience.
