Responsibilities •Lead the sales growth & operations for services sales, including AMC, CAC retrofit, parts, CE upselling and major CAC out of warranty sales deals. •Formulate and implement collaborative business strategies with major accounts and sales partners to drive the growth of the CAC service sales, market share, and customer satisfaction. •Identify and pursue new business opportunities, to build a pipeline expanding the client portfolio in key sectors such as hospitality, retail, corporate, and education. •Generate and follow up on CAC services sales leads from existing and potential customers. •Conduct market research to assess competitive positioning, pricing strategies, and customer needs. •Provide market insights and sales projections to support business planning. •Recommend tailored solutions based on client requirements and industry trends. •Conduct seminars, technical presentations, ROI studies and product demonstrations for clients and sales partners. •Develop strong relationships with key clients, acting as a trusted advisor for CAC solutions. •Provide post-sales support, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term retention through collaboration with the service team •Maintain a deep understanding of CAC products—including features, functionalities, and integration capabilities—in order to effectively recommend, detail, market, and deliver product training to internal teams and partners. •Leverage existing AMC contacts to identify opportunities and establish new connections through strategic networking to build retrofit and CE upselling opportunities Job Requirements Educational Qualifications Education Degree : Bachelor Major : • Mechanical or Electrical engineering. • Additional certifications in HVAC service sales or project management are a plus. Experience Years of Experience : 5 - 8 Years Field of Experience : • Minimum 5 years of experience in HVAC service sales, with a focus on AMC, retrofit, and parts. • Strong track record in business development and contract negotiation. Skills •Technical knowledge in CAC products, not limited, chillers, VRFs, AHUs, FCUs, package AC, and ducted split •Excellent skills in sales services and building a sales pipeline •Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management abilities. •Technical troubleshooting expertise •Analytical problem-solving ability Other Requirements Gender : Male Age : 28 - 40 Years Preferred Language : Arabic, English Duty Shift / Timings : One Shift / 8:00 am - 4:00 pm Salary & Benefits Salary : Attractive Salary Other Benefits : As per Company Policy Job Remarks Job Country : Kuwait Nationality : Any Career Level : Mid-Career
