HR Generalist
Overview:
We are looking for an HR Generalist to manage and support various HR functions, including compensation & benefits, employee engagement, and performance management.
Key Responsibilities:
Administer compensation & benefits programs and ensure compliance.
Drive employee engagement through initiatives and activities.
Track and report HR KPIs (turnover rate, employee satisfaction, etc.).
Support recruitment, training, and policy development.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
4-7 years of experience in HR functions.
Knowledge of HR systems, labor laws, and best practices.
Strong communication skills and ability to handle confidential data.
Preferred:
HR certification (SHRM, PHRI).
Awareness of the latest HR trends and practices.
