Senior Accountant

 Financial Reporting & Analysis:

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Analyze financial data and provide insights to management.
• Ensure accurate and timely closing of accounts.

 General Ledger & Reconciliation:

• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts.
• Ensure proper recording of transactions and adjustments.
• Perform bank and account reconciliations.

 Accounts Payable & Receivable Management:

• Oversee and process invoices, payments, and collections.
• Monitor outstanding balances and ensure timely settlements.

 Budgeting & Forecasting:

• Assist in budget preparation and financial planning.
• Compare actual results with forecasts and identify variances.

 Stock control:

• Monitor stock turnover rates and ensure efficient stock management.
• Prepare stock-related reports for management, highlighting trends and risks.
• Implement and enhance stock control procedures.

 Internal Controls & Process Improvement:

• Implement and maintain internal control systems.
• Identify areas for process improvements and automation.

 Team Collaboration & Supervision:

• Support junior accountants and assist in training.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure financial accuracy.

Education:

- Bachelors degree in Accounting or related field.

Years of Experience:

- Minimum 5 years
