About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Sales Manager to join our team in Kuwait. The ideal candidate will drive enterprise business growth by designing and implementing tailored IT solutions, overseeing the organizations IT infrastructure, and ensuring alignment with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
· Lead the design and implementation of IT infrastructure, cloud, and security solutions.
· Collaborate with sales teams to understand client requirements and propose effective solutions.
· Conduct technical presentations, demos, and workshops to enterprise clients.
· Manage relationships with top technology vendors (storage, servers and security).
· Support Proof-of-Concept (PoC) initiatives to validate solutions.
· Oversee cybersecurity, ensuring compliance with industry standards (ISO 27001, GDPR).

Skills & Experience Required:
- 5+ years of experience in IT management, solution architecture, or pre-sales. Have prior business development experience
- Expertise in cloud platforms (cybersecurity, and enterprise networking.
- Strong communication skills with experience in preparing proposals and RFP responses.
- Proven track record with enterprise-level IT solution
Experience Required:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Pre-Sales, Solution Architecture, or a similar role in the technology sector.
- Proven track record of working with enterprise clients and delivering successful solutions.
- Hands-on experience with enterprise technologies such as Cisco, Microsoft, Palo Alto, VMware, AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Storage & Servers and similar solutions.
- Experience in managing enterprise-level RFPs, bids, and proof-of-concepts.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications such as:
- AWS Certified Solutions Architect
- Microsoft Solutions Architect
- Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP)
- Knowledge of emerging technologies such as AI, IoT, and Blockchain solutions.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: KD750.000 - KD1,000.000 per month
Expected hours: 8 per week
