Finance Manager

Financial Planning & Analysis:

• Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and business performance
• Provide monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to management

Accounting & Reporting:

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accurate financial records
• Ensure timely closing of books and preparation of financial statements
• Coordinate with external auditors for annual audits

Cost Control & Profitability:

• Monitor and control food, beverage, and operational costs
• Analyze pricing, portioning, and waste to enhance cost efficiency
• Work closely with the operations team to identify areas for financial improvement

Cash Flow & Treasury:

• Monitor cash flow, banking activities, and fund management
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely collections and payments
• Recommend strategies for improving financial performance and liquidity

Compliance & Risk Management:

• Ensure compliance with local tax laws, labor regulations, and other statutory requirements
• Implement and maintain strong internal controls
• Evaluate financial risks and develop mitigation strategies

Team Leadership:

• Supervise and develop the finance team
• Train staff on financial procedures, controls, and reporting standards
• Foster a culture of accountability and performance
