- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
- Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product/service information about the company. .
- Document complaints accurately in the system.
- Meet performance metrics like customer satisfaction and resolution rates.
- Collaborate with team members and adhere to company policies.
- Fluent in Arabic and English
- With Strong problem-solving skills
- Willing to be assigned in Qurain
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: KD250.000 - KD300.000 per month
