Job Title: Business Development Executive - Finishing MaterialsLocation: KuwaitIndustry: Construction / Building MaterialsExperience Required: 3-6 years (GCC experience preferred)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our construction firm in Kuwait. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, meeting clients, and driving sales for finishing materials including doors, windows, sanitary fittings, and related products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, consultants, architects, and procurement managers.
  • Identify new business opportunities in the construction sector for finishing materials.
  • Meet potential and existing clients to present product offerings and close deals.
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products to clients.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and project support.
  • Provide after-sales support and maintain long-term client relationships.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in finishing materials (doors, windows, sanitary fittings, etc.).
  • Strong network in the construction and building materials industry in Kuwait.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Valid Kuwaiti driving license and transferable residency (preferred).

Pay: KD300.000 - KD500.000 per month
