The Turnaround Coordinator is responsible for managing the safe, efficient, and on-time turnaround of aircraft, while also performing load control duties as per operational alالموقع. The المنصب acts as the central link between flight crew, ground handling teams, and operational control, ensuring adherence to safety, accuracy, and punctuality standards.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Coordinate all aircraft turnaround activities from arrival to departure, ensuring safety and on-time performance.
• Serve as the single communication point between the flight deck, passenger services, ramp, cleaning, engineering, catering, and OCC.
• Monitor and record turnaround milestones (fueling, loading, cleaning, boarding, etc.) for on-time execution.
• Connect/disconnect Passenger Boarding Bridge (PBB) and coordinate passenger flow with cabin crew.
• Ensure all GSE are safely المنصبed and removed post-use.
• When allocated, perform full Load Control duties including preparation of Load Sheets, LIRs, and Load & Trim Sheets as per regulations.
• Ensure safe and accurate load distribution and manage LMCs and special loads in coordination with ramp and flight crew.
• Report turnaround or load-related irregularities and contribute to process improvement.
• Maintain compliance with Jazeera Airways SOPs, IATA AHM/IGOM, and الكويت DGCA standards.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Aviation, Airport Operations, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in ground operations, including at least 2 years in Load Control or Turnaround Coordination.
• Must be an experienced Load Controller with proven aircraft weight & balance experience.
• Strong coordination and communication skills; able to manage multiple stakeholders under time pressure.
• Certifications in Ramp Safety, Load Control, Human Factors, and DGR preferred.
• Good knowledge of IATA AHM, IGOM, and SMS principles.
