And with the city’s malls and souks within a few minutes’ drive, you can experience all the spoils of the city without spoiling your precious relaxation time.**What you will do*** Assist the Spa Director with the supervision, management, and development of staff.* Monitor, coordinate and process vacation, days off and shift change requests in a timely manner and ensure that changes do not negatively impact business.* Interview, train, schedule, and monitor employee performance.* Deliver coaching, feedback, and disciplinary conversations to team members as necessary.* Complete payroll for all Spa and Fitness personnel.* Monitor the guest areas of the Spa to ensure that reception, fitness, locker rooms, treatment rooms, and guest corridors are at all times neat, orderly, and well stocked.
