The Role

We're looking for a Social Media Content Creator to lead the day-to-day storytelling of our brands across digital platforms. You will be responsible for producing engaging short form content, building community, and translating our products and brand values into culturally relevant, high performing social media that resonates with الكويتi families.

This is a hands on creative role - equal parts strategy and execution - working closely with the Marketing Manager and design team to drive brand awareness, engagement, and growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, produce, and edit original short form video and photo content across multiple social platforms
  • Maintain the brand's visual and editorial consistency across all channels
  • Develop and manage the monthly content calendar in coordination with brand and marketing priorities
  • Lead community management, engagement, and audience growth initiatives
  • Identify and act on local trends, cultural moments, and content opportunities
  • Track performance metrics, share insights, and continuously improve content strategy
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns, product launches, and influencer activations
Qualifications Must Have
  • الكويتi national or fluent speaker of الكويتi dialect
  • 2+ years of experience in social media content creation (in house, agency, or independent)
  • A demonstrable portfolio of original content across short form video platforms
  • Strong skills in mobile الأول content production and editing tools
  • Excellent writing in both Arabic (الكويتi dialect) and English
  • A sharp eye for visual storytelling, comالمنصب, and pacing
  • Strong understanding of platform best practices and content trends
Preferred
  • Experience in baby, parenting, lifestyle, beauty, or wellness categories
  • Existing personal social media presence with engaged audience
  • Photography or graphic design capabilities
  • Experience working with influencers or content collaborators
