Senior Accountant - Projects commercials

Responsibilities:

  • 1. Maintain and update all account records accurately and timely, ensuring correct alالموقع to cost center, department, division/project, etc.
  • 2. Get daily updates of the projects from various project managers & team, and encode the details in the project management module.
  • 3. Update all commercial milestones in the project management module for new contracts and any changes in existing contracts.
  • 4. Follow up with the project team on outstanding commercial information in a timely manner.
  • 5. Update all UPL in the project management module.
  • 6. Provide MIS on all pending milestones and commercials to project managers, Finance Head and GM, and follow up with the project team.
  • 7. Raise invoices to customers and track progress through the project management module.
  • 8. Create weekly MIS on all commercial outstanding items and follow the progress with project accounts and operation teams.
  • 9. Enter/supervise all project progress entries in the module and update records in consultation with project managers to arrive at monthly revenue for MIS purposes.
  • 10. Coordinate with IT on requirements and issues related to the project management module and MIS generation.

Qualifications:

  • 1. Minimum requirement: Commerce graduate; Inter CA preferred.
  • 2. Knowledge of accounting/ERP software, strong computer skills, and proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • 3. Minimum 5 years of accounting experience, including at least 2 years in a similar role within a medium or large telecom/contracting الشركة.
