As we continue to grow, we are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Secretary / Administrative Assistant to join our team. Immediate start preferred.
Role Overview
You will be the operational backbone of our office - managing day-to-day administrative tasks, scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and ensuring smooth workflow within the organisation. A significant part of this role involves direct coordination with suppliers and executives, and managing the full procurement cycle from purchase orders through to invoicing and delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Issue and track Purchase Orders (POs) with local and international suppliers
Process and verify supplier invoices, delivery notes, and procurement documents
Maintain organised records of orders, contracts, and correspondence
Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to follow up on shipments
Schedule meetings and manage calendars for management
Handle incoming and outgoing communications professionally, including phone and email
Support management with administrative tasks and facilitate smooth office operations
Assist with basic bookkeeping and financial record-keeping
Prepare and manage official الشركة communications in Arabic and English
Requirements
Bachelor's degree required - preferably in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and spoken
Currently based in الكويت with a transferrable residency (Article 18)
Prior experience in procurement, accounting, or office administration is a strong advantage
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and other relevant software
Strong organisational abilities with excellent attention to detail
Ability to multitask, prioritise workload, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Professional, discreet, and dependable
