We are seeking a passionate and creative Entry-Level Floral Designer to join our team in Al-الكويت. As a Florist you will play a vital role in creating beautiful floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, parties and corporate events. This is a perfect opportunity for someone without experience or English proficiency who is looking to start their career in the floral industry.

Salary: 1400$ per month.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with designing and creating floral arrangements according to clients’ preferences and event themes
  • Prepare flowers by cutting, trimming and arranging them in vases or containers
  • Maintain the freshness of flowers by watering, cleaning and pruning them as needed
  • Ensure that all orders are completed on time and meet quality standards
  • Collaborate with team members to come up with new and innovative designs
  • Keep track of inventory and order necessary supplies when needed
Requirements
  • Must be Nepali national with a valid biometric passport
  • No prior experience required; training will be provided on the job
  • Ability to work without accommodation in Al-الكويت
  • Passion for floral design and creativity
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions closely
  • Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects floral arrangements
  • Good communication skills – English proficiency not required
