Responsibilities
  • To assist the Store Manager in planning the required measures in order to meet the monthly sales targets.
  • To continually monitor, together with the Store Manager, the evolution of sales and customer service.
  • To develop knowledge of the collection in order to increase its selling potential.
  • To inform his/her managers and the Headquarters of anything that has a major impact on the management of the store and/or its sales.
  • To keep good communication with the Headquarters.
  • To carry out all the necessary administrative duties with regard to personnel, maintenance, cash desk, etc.
  • To ensure correct procedures at the cash desk are followed.
  • To be familiar with the characteristics (catalogue, groups, etc.) that define the initial order of the store.
  • To assist in the correct end-of-season return of goods (stock takings).
  • The person uses the Development Interview to strengthen delegation and development.
  • They train the members of the team so that they improve their competencies and results.
  • They train and develop people intensively so that they learn the functions of other المنصبs.

  • Stockroom: They supervise the organisation of the Stockroom, its cleaning and maintenance, ensure that the order is up to date, etc.
