We are seeking an experienced QA/QC Manager to join our team in the Food & Beverage Production industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the quality assurance and quality control processes to ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety. You will play a crucial role in developing and implementing quality management systems, conducting audits, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement quality management systems to ensure compliance with food safety standards and regulations.

  10. Participate in the development of new products, ensuring quality considerations are integrated from the outset.
Preferred Candidate
  1. Proven experience as a QA/QC Manager in the food and beverage industry.
  2. Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and quality management systems.
  3. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team.
  4. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
  5. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with various stakeholders.
  6. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  7. Proficient in quality management software and tools.
  8. Relevant certifications in quality assurance or food safety are highly desirable.
  9. Strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain thorough documentation.
  10. A proactive approach to continuous improvement and innovation in quality processes.
