Job description

EY is looking for a Manager with expertise in the Banking sector to join its Audit team at the الكويت office. In this role, you will lead complex audit engagements, build and strengthen internal and external relationships, and ensure high‑quality work is delivered to clients.
You will identify and elevate risks, foster a positive learning culture, mentor junior team members, and support business growth.
Your key responsibilitiesAs a manager, you will manage the delivery of audit engagements by defining the audit strategy in consultation with the Senior Manager/Partner and executing it in compliance with Ernst & Young’s policies and protocols. When required, you will personally execute complex audit procedures and lead teams or parts of teams on engagements, depending on the size of the engagement. You will also assist in managing the financial aspects of engagements by organizing staffing, tracking fees, communicating issues to project leaders, and participating in business development initiatives.
