You will be responsible for executing creative design work across digital and print platforms for a diverse range of clients. Working within an agency environment, you will collaborate closely with the creative team to translate briefs into strong visual outputs while maintaining brand consistency and meeting tight timelines.
This role suits a designer who is hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-driven setting.
Daily Responsibilities
Design and produce visual content for digital and print media, including social media creatives, advertisements, branding materials, and marketing collaterals.
Execute design concepts based on creative briefs, brand guidelines, and direction from senior designers and creative leads.
Support the development of layouts, illustrations, and visual assets across multiple client projects.
Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas within the team.
Assist in preparing mood boards, color palettes, typography selections, and basic brand elements.
Ensure all design files are prepared correctly for print and digital production.
Apply feedback and revisions accurately and efficiently.
Manage assigned tasks and deliverables while meeting agency deadlines.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Skills & Competencies
2–4 years of professional experience in a graphic design role, preferably within an agency environment.
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop; knowledge of After Effects is an advantage.
Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
Experience designing for social media platforms and digital marketing content.
High attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines consistently.
Ability to handle multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment.
Clear communication skills and a collaborative, professional attitude.
Awareness of current design trends and best practices.
Strong portfolio demonstrating execution quality and consistency.
