We are looking for an experienced IT Infrastructure Engineer to manage, maintain, upgrade, and support the core infrastructure systems. This role ensures the availability, performance, security, and scalability of enterprise platforms like Active Directory, Exchange, Citrix, Infoblox, Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM), Microsoft Azure, Intune, and Office 365. The ideal candidate will have hands on experience with hybrid environments (on premises and cloud), excellent troubleshooting skills, and a proactive approach to infrastructure optimization and security compliance.

Key Responsibilities System Administration & Support

• Manage and administer Active Directory (user accounts, GPOs, trusts, replication, security policies).
• Support and maintain Microsoft Exchange (mail flow, DAGs, mailbox policies, hybrid configuration with Office 365).
• Administer and troubleshoot Citrix environments (virtual apps, load balancing, profile management).
• Manage Infoblox for DNS, DHCP, and IPAM services.
• Administer Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM) for identity lifecycle and synchronization.
• Oversee Office 365 services (Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, licensing, compliance).
• Manage Azure AD / Entra ID, including conditional access, PIM, and identity protection.

Maintenance & Upgrades

• Apply patches, updates, and upgrades across infrastructure systems.
• Monitor system performance and capacity, ensuring proactive scaling and availability.
• Plan and execute infrastructure migrations (e.g., hybrid Exchange, Azure AD sync, Citrix, Infoblox upgrades).

Security & Compliance

• Implement and enforce security best practices (MFA, least privilege, encryption, monitoring).
• Maintain compliance with corporate, industry, and regulatory requirements.
• Work closely with security teams to remediate vulnerabilities and findings.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams (Networking, Security, DevOps, Application teams).
• Maintain accurate system documentation, runbooks, and knowledge base articles.
• Provide Tier 3/advanced support for incidents escalated from NOC/Service desk.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure roles with enterprise systems.
• Expertise in Active Directory, Exchange, Citrix, Infoblox, and Office 365 administration.
• Strong knowledge of Azure AD / Intune / MIM.
• Experience with hybrid cloud (on premises + Azure).
• Familiarity with PowerShell scripting and automation.
• Understanding of security frameworks and best practices (ISO, PCI, NIST, CIS).
