The Head of Human Resources is responsible for overseeing HR strategies and operations across multiple properties, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. This role involves managing talent acquisition, employee engagement, and development, while ensuring adherence to labor laws and الشركة policies. The Cluster Head drives performance management and oversees compensation and benefits programs to foster a motivated and equitable work environment. They also lead change management initiatives and work closely with regional leaders to maintain consistency in HR practices. By analyzing HR metrics, the Cluster Head makes data-driven decisions to improve operational efficiency and enhance employee satisfaction.

Duties and Responsibilities Strategic HR Leadership
  • Attend Business Review Meetings (BRM), providing insights and context to HR metrics (e.g., retention rates, critical open المنصبs, associate satisfaction, and training outcomes).
  • Ensure alignment of property HR strategies with regional and organizational HR frameworks.
  • Coordinate strategies across properties to promote consistency, cohesiveness, and shared expertise.
  • Translate business priorities into actionable HR strategies and initiatives.
Operational Efficiency and Alignment
  • Drive efforts to improve operational efficiencies and streamline processes across properties.
  • Enhance the execution of the HR Business Plan through collaboration and effective communication among properties.
  • Lead the planning, evaluation, and implementation of The Happiness Index (Cultural Survey) activities and related initiatives.
  • Serve as a change manager for initiatives with significant employee impact.
Talent Management and Succession Planning
  • Coordinate and participate in succession planning activities.
  • Oversee the staffing and recruitment process, serving as a coach and expert in selection and interviewing procedures.
  • Partner with Housing/Colleague's Accommodation Manager to ensure quality living conditions for colleagues.
  • Work with the Government Relations Manager to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and processes.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Oversee the implementation of total compensation management, including recognition and incentive programs.
  • Ensure alignment of compensation packages with property priorities and organizational standards.
HR Program Implementation
  • Lead the implementation and sustainability of organizational HR initiatives.
  • Monitor and track results of HR initiatives to ensure alignment with goals and address challenges.
HR & Training
  • Ensure that colleagues promptly report any case of harassment or discrimination to their immediate supervisor or the Human Resources department. Address such complaints with urgency, confidentiality, and professionalism.
  • Promote a culture of respect and sensitivity, ensuring all are treated from diverse cultural backgrounds with the utmost respect.
  • Oversee the mandatory attendance of colleagues at training sessions and meetings to ensure organizational alignment and continuous development.
  • Drive the completion of responsibilities by property HR teams as outlined in their job descriptions.
  • Oversee the training and development of colleagues in HR-related technologies, processes, and policies.
  • Monitor the Whistleblower platform to ensure compliance and integrity in reporting issues.
  • Serve as a resource and advisor to HR teams on colleague relations matters.

  • Safeguard the confidentiality and secure storage of all intellectual property, الشركة databases, and sensitive information, whether in physical or electronic form.
