We're hiring a Senior Technical Consultant - M365 & Copilot Enablement for one of our major global technology partners, to work directly with customers, providing expert advisory and delivery services across Microsoft 365. This role suits a hands on consultant who enjoys customer engagement, driving adoption, and enabling organisations through modern workplace and AI solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Act as a trusted advisor for Microsoft 365 solutions and strategy
- Deliver workshops, assessments, and structured consulting engagements
- Build strong customer relationships aligned to transformation goals
- Lead M365 enablement across Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Exchange
- Support Copilot readiness, deployment, and value realisation
- Provide guidance on best practices, governance, and optimisation
- Deliver Adoption & Change Management (ACM) strategies to drive user adoption
- Support training, communications, and adoption measurement
Key Requirements- Proven experience as a Microsoft 365 Consultant in a client facing role
- Strong expertise across the Microsoft 365 ecosystem
- Experience delivering M365 enablement and adoption programmes
- Hands on experience with Copilot enablement
- Understanding of Adoption & Change Management (ACM)
- Confident delivering workshops and engaging stakeholders
- Strong communication, documentation, and presentation skills
