We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to join our team in Al الكويت. As part of the HR team, you will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, overseeing employee relations and performance management processes, developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, and providing advice and guidance to employees on a range of HR-related issues.
Demands for the CandidateWe are looking for a highly motivated individual with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. The successful candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role as well as a degree in Human Resources or related field. A working knowledge of relevant employment legislation is essential. Fluency in Arabic is preferred but not essential.
