Overview

Design firm with kitchen-space emphasis

Modani Homes is seeking a full-time, on-site Design Drafter to join our team at our Shuwaikh, KW الموقع.

• Create and revise detailed design and 3D drawings to support kitchen design projects.
• Generate accurate blueprints and 3D designs utilizing kitchen-design software for drafting.
• Collaborate with team members to meet project specifications and deadlines.
• Demonstrate attention to detail, adherence to design standards, and effective communication with project stakeholders.

• Proficiency in 3D drawing, technical drawings, and architectural drawings
• Skilled in using 3D and Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software
• Strong drafting and drawing abilities, with accuracy and attention to detail
• Fast 3D software learning abilities
• Experience in interpreting and creating detailed layouts, and 3D models/renders
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to collaborate within a team
• Bachelor’s degree in Drafting, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in interior design or architecture industries is an advantage
