I am very excited to be working with a fabulous group of schools based with an international reach. You will be joining an international team, an exciting venture, and a brand new school.
The school was established in early 2026 by a group of investors. The group has a number of schools around the world. This school campus is brand new and it is continuously growing. They are currently looking to increase the number of students to 900+ students. The school will have 40+ classes and deliver a blended learning curriculum from KG up to Grade 12.
This role will be for the whole school Deputy Head. You will be responsible for almost 300 students who are currently enrolled and these numbers are to grow year on year. There is a lot of activity and hype within the school, a supplementary building to accommodate for another 1000 students, hence the total of students would be 2000 students, this is aimed for 2026. This role will be working with the current superintendent and the team.
The main focus of this role would be to instill a strong framework and increase academic standards within the school and compete with other outstanding schools in الكويت and the region.
Salary PackageThe school believes and strives in family and community values and their importance to be successful, in addition the importance of the Arabic and more specifically the الكويتi culture and heritage within the local and global environment.
Learning should be a priority and it should be fun and every child should succeed we just need to find how they can learn.
The school is currently at year 7 and looking to grow through the levels with time. They implement the British curriculum from Year 1 and they have developed their own framework for the Early Years Department. It's worth mentioning, in time you will get the opportunity to work across a wide range of campuses; the group has ambition and backing to grow their portfolio in the GCC and worldwide, hence this role will offer great opportunities for growth and challenges.
