Officer- Customer Service
PRIMARY TASKS:
Provides a comprehensive level of assistance to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Provides a high level of administrative and clerical support to the unit, department, or function.
Undertakes special projects to meet the objectives of the function.
Prioritizes and manages multiple projects simultaneously and follows up on issues in a timely manner.
Collect and prepare background documents for various tasks.
Follow the university rules and regulations.

Greets visitors, answers phones, takes messages, routes calls and follows up, and responds to inquiries and/or refers as appropriate.
Respond to a variety of inquiries via the telephone or in person over the counter to internal and external customers.
Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to the customers.
Undertake other duties as required by the line manager.
SELECTION CRITERIA: Essential:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Minimum 1 year experience in a relevant field.
Fluent written and spoken English language proficiency.
Arabic language proficiency.
