Overview

Modish is seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Auditor to evaluate and enhance the customer experience across our women’s fashion retail stores and online channels.

This role plays a key part in ensuring service excellence, brand consistency, and effective selling behaviors that directly impact conversion, customer engagement, and overall brand perception.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct anonymous store visits according to an audit schedule
  • Evaluate the full customer journey, including:
  • Greeting and الأول impression
  • Staff appearance and professionalism
  • Product knowledge and styling guidance
  • Selling techniques (upselling, cross-selling)
  • Fitting room experience
  • Checkout and closing behavior
  • Customer re-engagement
  • Assess service consistency during peak and non-peak hours
  • Review visual merchandising, mannequin styling, store cleanliness, signage, and pricing accuracy
  • Audit online and omnichannel experience, including:
  • Checkout flow
  • Delivery experience and packaging
  • Customer service response across WhatsApp, phone calls, and social media DMs
  • Submit structured audit reports including KPI scores, observations, and actionable recommendations
Requirements
  • Experience in retail, customer service, or service quality evaluation
  • Strong understanding of customer behavior in fashion retail environments
  • Excellent attention to detail and observation skills
  • Ability to remain objective, discreet, and professional
  • Strong written communication and reporting skills
  • Comfortable using digital tools and reporting templates
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience as a mystery shopper or retail auditor
  • Background in fashion or fast-fashion retail
  • Understanding of retail KPIs such as conversion, ATV, and IPC
