Job Overview

Primary title (best-performing): Social Media Manager & Content Creator. About the opportunity: A dynamic player in the digital marketing & creative communications sector serving الكويت and the GCC, focused on social media strategy, brand storytelling and performance-driven campaigns. We craft culturally relevant content and measurable digital experiences for regional consumer and B2B brands. This role is on-site in الكويت.

Responsibilities

• Own the social content calendar and execute end-to-end content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and LinkedIn tailored to the الكويتi/GCC audience.
• Produce and edit short form video, static graphics and copy - concept, shoot coordination, post production and publishing.
• Manage organic community engagement: monitor conversations, respond to messages/comments and escalate issues to stakeholders.
• Plan, launch and optimize paid social campaigns using Meta/TikTok ad platforms; monitor KPIs and adjust creatives/bidding to improve ROI.
• Track performance and deliver clear weekly/monthly reports with actionable insights and content recommendations.
• Coordinate influencer collaborations, photographers/videographers and cross functional teams to maintain brand voice and campaign quality.

Qualifications & Skills

Must Have:

• Proficiency with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Meta Ads Manager.
• Video editing and copywriting in Arabic & English.

Preferred:

• Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.
• Experience with Canva.
• Experience with Google Analytics / Social Media Analytics.
