Production Planning Engineer Jazeera Airways is looking for a Production Planning Engineer who would be responsible for preparing maintenance planning tasks, coordinating between Engineering and Line Maintenance. The role ensures efficient scheduling and execution of maintenance activities while maintaining compliance with aviation regulations and ensuring operational continuity. Responsibilities and Duties
Directs and monitors the scheduling of maintenance tasks, aligning workload with available resources, and setting precise start/completion timelines for Line Maintenance.
Coordinates with Flight Operations to accommodate changes in maintenance or operational requirements.
Monitors open deferred defects (DDL, ADD, OOPL, and CDD) and develops appropriate rectification plans in coordination with relevant teams.
Reviews work order databases and aircraft check history after each task is completed.
Updates finding statuses and ensures timely closure of open findings.
Records task accomplishment statuses in the system for each aircraft.
Assists in maintaining and distributing up to date technical manuals, service bulletins, airworthiness directives, and other publications, ensuring outdated versions are disposed of properly.
Ensures accurate updating of Technical Log Sheets and aircraft maintenance records.
Complies with applicable regulations and standards of Jazeera Airways, and actively participates in the Safety Management System by reporting hazards, incidents, and unsafe conditions.
Requirements and Qualifications
Degree in Aeronautical/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
3 years aviation experience in related field
Knowledge of EASA Part M, EASA Part 145 and الكويت DGCA regulations.
Comprehensive knowledge, in respect to aircraft regulations and standards applicable to Jazeera fleet.
Ability to read and demonstrate knowledge from technical publications.
Knowledge in Airline application based ERP system.

IT Support Specialist Jazeera Airways is looking for IT Support Specialist(s) who would be responsible for all aspects of network administration including servers, desktop systems, security systems, communications, office systems and hardware/software. Handle all related matters to Jazeera Terminal enterprise network and system monitoring, management, maintenance and configuration.

Support server, network and desktop hardware, software and applications.
Roll out hardware and software to ensure optimal deployment of resources.

Support any other software/hardware platform for business.
Provide IT support for check in, immigration, customs and security systems.
Handle CCTV system installation and support.
Perform any additional IT systems related business work not specifically mentioned in addition to above as necessitated by overall business objectives and requirements of the organization.
Requirements and Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or High Diploma in Computer Science or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years of experience in technical support included 2 years in System and Network administration.
Demonstrate a good knowledge of Windows servers and desktop products, setting up remote access for users and PBX systems.
Ability to administer a 200+ node network including firewalls, VPN, networked printers and photocopiers, UPS, CCTV etc.
Ability to provide application level support and vendor co ordination for user problem resolution.
Ready to work in a different schedule as assigned by Manager and based on the operational needs.
Excellent communication skills in English.
Have a valid الكويتi driving license.
IT Cloud Administrator We are looking for an experienced IT Cloud Administrator whose role is to design, manage, and secure cloud infrastructure that supports 24x7 airline and airport operations. The IT Cloud Administrator will also be responsible for ensuring availability, security, scalability, and compliance of cloud platforms hosting operational, passenger, and corporate systems. This role plays a critical part in:
Enabling high availability for flight and passenger facing systems.
Strengthening cloud security posture in regulated aviation environments.
Supporting digital transformation and cloud الأول initiatives across airline and airport ecosystems.
Responsibilities and Duties
Cloud Platform Administration
Administer and support Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) environments
Manage cloud resources for operational, corporate, and customer facing applications
Ensure high availability, scalability, and performance of cloud workloads
Cloud Networking
Design and manage Azure Networking, including:
Virtual Networks (VNets), Subnets, NSGs
Site to Site and Point to Site VPNs
ExpressRoute (where applicable)
Support secure connectivity between:
Airport terminals
Airline HQ and branch offices
On prem data centers and cloud platforms
Support multi region and high availability network architectures
Cloud Security & Compliance
Implement and manage Azure Security controls including:
Microsoft Defender for Cloud
Security baselines and policies
Logging and monitoring
Support compliance with aviation security standards and internal governance
Monitor, investigate, and remediate cloud security incidents
Multi Cloud Operations (Azure & GCP)
Support workloads hosted on Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
Manage identity, networking, and security integrations across Azure and GCP
Ensure governance, cost management, and operational consistency in multi cloud environments.
Monitoring, Optimization & Operations
Monitor cloud resources for performance, availability, and security
Perform capacity planning, cost optimization, and resource governance
Participate in 24 7 support, on call rotations, and incident management
Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for cloud related incidents impacting operations
Automation & Best Practices
Support automation using native cloud tools (ARM, Bicep, Terraform - exposure preferred)
Implement standard templates, tagging, and governance models
Drive cloud standardization and operational maturity.
Documentation & Stakeholder Management
Maintain cloud architecture diagrams, SOPs, and runbooks
Work closely with application, network, security, and airport operations teams
Coordinate with cloud vendors and managed service providers
Requirements and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in IT
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Cloud Administrator
Proficient with Microsoft Azure: Azure Entra ID, Azure Networking, Azure Security
Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
Must have Strong understanding of:
Cloud identity and access management
Cloud networking and hybrid connectivity
Security best practices and compliance
Experience supporting mission critical, high availability environments
Aviation / Airport Exposure (Preferred)
Experience in Airlines, Airports, or other regulated 24x7 industries
Understanding of operational criticality and SLA driven environments
