We are looking for a Recruiter to join our team in Al الكويت. This المنصب will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to screening and interviewing applicants. The successful candidate will also be responsible for developing effective strategies to source and recruit the best talent in the market.

Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience in recruiting or HR-related roles.
  • Proven track record of success in recruiting and sourcing candidates.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships and influence others.
  • Knowledge of local laws and regulations related to hiring and employment.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and other HR software applications (e.g., Applicant Tracking Systems).
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred but not required.
Salary

1100 KWD per month, with potential for additional bonuses or incentives based on performance.
