Investment management involves making decisions regarding investments. It consists of selecting, monitoring and researching assets matching the client's goals, time frames and risk profile. Investment management can encompass a wide range of investing opportunities to help grow wealth, from real estate and commodities to stocks, bonds and other asset classes.

Producedetailed financial models and investment write-ups, conduct necessary industryand business research analysis complying with Al-Tijaria's strategy andobjectives.

  • Gather information and data from different public and private sources, by conducting relevant market surveys or third party sources
  • Analyze and evaluate gathered information
  • Prepare report on market research findings and analysis
  • Prepare full due diligence covering at macro, micro and operational levels for proposed investment opportunity prepare final recommendation
  • Gather information and data from different sources on Al Tijaria / Subsidiaries' owned securities
  • Calculate actual and expected returns, overall portfolio returns and risks supported by variance analysis on the portfolio, prepare report on findings and analysis for Board review
  • Analyze feedback of the Board on the strategic direction of Al Tijaria
  • Prepare list of requisites for clarification on performance concerns for discussion with board representatives prior to and after board meetings
  • Gather information on underperforming investments not befitting Al Tijaria's long term strategy
  • Analyze and evaluate exit strategies suggested by the management
  • Follow up and update comprehensive report on regular basis
