Responsibilities

  • Ensures safe, efficient operation and maintenance of building electrical systems (power, lighting, HVAC, low voltage).
  • Overseeing power systems, lighting, fire alarms, BMS, and ensuring compliance with safety standards and local regulations.
  • Directing maintenance teams/contractors, troubleshooting, conducting audits, ensuring regulatory compliance, and managing energy efficiency.
  • Maintenance & Operation: Perform, supervise, and improve preventative/corrective maintenance of high-voltage and low-voltage systems.
  • Safety & Compliance: Ensure all electrical installations and repairs comply with safety codes (e.g., OSHA, local regulations) and perform HSE audits.
  • Troubleshooting & Repairs: Diagnose faults, lead emergency responses to electrical failures.
  • Project Supervision: Manage subcontractors and oversee installation projects, including reviewing, and interpreting electrical layouts and technical documents.
  • Asset Management: Monitor equipment performance, manage spare parts inventory, and plan for upgrades or replacements.
  • Energy Optimization: Support energy efficiency initiatives to improve system reliability and cost-effectiveness.
Experience and Knowledge
  • 5 to 7 years of experience as Electrical Engineer in Facilities Management project.
  • Experience in maintenance, design, or project management.
Education

Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related discipline

Skills

Experience in maintenance, design, or project management.
