Service Sales Representative

Responsibilities •Present, promote and sell Service Contract to existing Customers •Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of a Service Contract vs. On-call to existing customers to get higher penetration •Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships •Reach out to customer through onsite meetings, telephonic calls & other online web channels as may required •Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints through Field Service Managers/ Call center to maximize Customer satisfaction •Achieve agreed upon Service Contract Penetration targets and outcomes within given schedule •Analyze the given MIF/territory, track On-call MIF and track conversion reports Job Requirements Educational Qualifications Education Degree : Diploma Major : Diploma in Commerce/ Marketing / Arts / Technical Courses Experience Years of Experience : 2 - 3 Years Field of Experience : Experienced Sales Representative with a strong track record in driving revenue growth, building lasting client relationships, and exceeding sales targets. Skills Skilled in identifying customer needs, presenting solutions, and negotiating effectively to close deals.
