Security Control Room Operator

Security Control Room Operator Location: Kuwait

Job Summary Aspire is hiring a reliable and technically skilled Security Control Room Operator to monitor and manage security systems across multiple sites. This role requires strong situational awareness, the ability to respond calmly under pressure, and clear communication—both written and verbal. The ideal candidate will have a technical background and at least 2 years of experience in a similar control room or monitoring role.

Key Responsibilities Monitor CCTV, access control, alarms, and other integrated security systems to detect and respond to incidents in real time Log and escalate incidents as needed, following internal protocols and reporting procedures Communicate clearly and professionally with security teams, maintenance staff, and emergency services via phone and radio Write clear, concise, and accurate incident and shift reports in English Ensure all security systems are functioning correctly and report any malfunctions to the technical team Conduct system checks and follow daily control room checklists Support emergency procedures and coordinate response efforts during alarms or critical incidents Maintain a high level of awareness and vigilance throughout all shifts Follow all company policies, procedures, and data protection protocols

Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience in a control room, security operations center, or similar monitoring environment Strong technical background, especially in operating and understanding CCTV and access control systems Fluent in English, with the ability to write incident reports and communicate clearly over the phone or radio Ability to stay calm and make sound decisions under pressure Detail-oriented with excellent observation and logging skills Familiar with basic computer applications (MS Word, Excel, email) Flexible to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays Previous experience with video management systems (VMS) or integrated security platforms is a plus
