Safety Engineer
Were hiring an experienced Safety Engineer to oversee HSE compliance on our construction sites. Youll play a key role in ensuring a safe working environment by conducting inspections, training staff, and enforcing safety standards.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and enforce site safety policies
- Conduct regular safety audits and risk assessments
- Deliver safety training and toolbox talks
- Investigate incidents and ensure corrective actions
- Maintain safety records and ensure regulatory compliance
Requirements:
- 5+ years in construction safety roles
- Strong knowledge of OSHA/local safety regulations
- Bachelors degree in Safety, Engineering, or related field
- Safety certifications preferred (e.g., NEBOSH, OSHA 30/500)
- Excellent communication and reporting skills
- Approval of MPW Kuwait
