Job Overview:

We are currently seeking a professional and organized Receptionist to manage front desk operations at our saloon in Sabah Al Salim. This role is suited for someone who is well-presented, courteous, and capable of managing client interactions in a fast-paced environment. The Receptionist will be responsible for handling day-to-day administrative tasks, managing bookings, and ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome clients as they arrive at the saloon
• Handle phone inquiries and manage appointment bookings efficiently
• Maintain an organized and professional front desk area
• Process client payments and maintain accurate records
• Coordinate with stylists and service staff to manage client flow
• Provide information about available services and promotions when needed
• Maintain daily appointment logs and customer records
• Perform general administrative and front desk duties as required

Candidate Requirements:

• Presentable, well-groomed, and professional in appearance
• Previous experience as a receptionist or in customer service is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and manage responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
• Must currently reside in Kuwait
• Only candidates with Visa 18 (Normal) are eligible
• Must be available to join immediately
