Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Develop testing strategy, plans, estimates, and schedules to support projects and product releases.
• Track the development process of the product from start to finish, ensuring quality at every stage.
• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for web and mobile applications.
• Perform both manual and automated testing to verify software meets design and business requirements.
• Execute comprehensive end-to-end frontend testing and backend load/performance testing.
• Identify, record, and track bugs through issue tracking systems.
• Monitor debugging process results and collaborate closely to ensure fixes are verified and validated.
• Leverage AI-assisted testing tools (e.g., test case generation, intelligent test coverage analysis, automated visual regression tools) to accelerate and enhance QA processes.
• Utilize AI-based analytics to detect patterns in bugs, performance issues, or test failures to proactively improve product stability.
• Work in an Agile/Scrum environment to deliver high-quality software releases on schedule.
• Drive the software development process toward quality-centric methodologies and continuous improvement.
• Conduct regression testing to verify resolved issues and ensure no new bugs were introduced.
• Communicate test results clearly with development and product teams, helping prioritize and resolve issues effectively.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including development and product management, to ensure consistent project execution and alignment on quality goals.
• Review and critique technical requirements and software design specifications to ensure testability and adherence to best practices.
• Analyze test results and provide actionable insights to improve product quality.
• Continuously improve QA processes and contribute to developing and maintaining automation frameworks using modern tools and technologies.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest testing tools, AI-enhanced QA platforms, trends, and best practices in software quality assurance.
• Ensure high standards of usability, performance, reliability, and security in the final product.
• Promote and support a quality-first, automation-first, and AI-aware mindset across the product and engineering teams.

Qualifications Require:

• Bachelors Degree or Masters in Computer Science, Computer Engineering (related field), or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of software QA experience
• Experience in writing test plans, test automation, or test cases.
• Strong experience testing RESTful APIs (Postman, Checkly, etc.)and test automation frameworks.
• Experience with functional UI test automation frameworks like Selenium
• Exposure to Firebase and BigQuery Databases
• Experience with Web app test automation frameworks like Playwright
• Experience with Puppeteer testing would be an add-on.
• Familiarity with QA tools.
• Good to have exposure working with cloud-based testing platforms like BrowserStack, Sauce Labs, or Firebase Test Lab.
• Experience using AI-powered QA tools (e.g., test case generation, smart bug detection, auto-prioritization of test coverage, or visual testing with ML) to accelerate and enhance test workflows.
• Comfortable exploring and experimenting with emerging AI and ML-based testing solutions to proactively identify risks, improve efficiency, and reduce manual effort.
• Passion for innovation, automation, and driving product quality with a continuous improvement mindset.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• Strong knowledge of QA methodology and tools.
• Property management domain experience would be a plus
• Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
• Continuous desire to learn new things.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to follow through, and strong organizational skills
