Production Engineer

Responsibilities •Supervise manufacturing process of “Transport Refrigerated Boxes, Polyurethane Insulated Panel manufacturing, Cargo bodies, Van insulations, selection & fixing of cooling units on Transport Refrigerated bodies, Tipper Bodies, Trailers, Tanks & Tankers, Fuel Tanks, pressure vessels, and variety of steel structures and ensure quality work is done in a safe and efficient manner. •Liaise with other Engineers/concerned employees to develop plans that improve production, costs, and manpower required. •Diagnose problem in production line and provide recommendations and training. •Work with designers, production foremen, Quality Control department to develop plans for manufacturing products. •Choose the right materials for a job under production by considering factors such as strength, durability, cost and availability. •Oversee the production process to ensure all products meet quality and safety standards Job Requirements Educational Qualifications Education Degree : Bachelor Major : Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering Experience Years of Experience : 5 - 10 Years Field of Experience : Manufacturing process of Transport Refrigerated Boxes, Polyurethane Insulated Panel manufacturing, Cargo bodies, Van insulations, selection & fixing of cooling units on Transport Refrigerated bodies, Tipper Bodies, Trailers, Tanks & Tankers, Fuel Tanks, pressure vessels, and variety of steel structures and ensure quality work is done in a safe and efficient manner. Skills •Excellent leadership, problem solving, teamwork, team development, and critical thinking skills •Ability to manage and drive process and product improvements with suppliers •Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and standards and convert into manufacturing control plan •Familiarity with construction practices and basic measuring tools •Strong knowledge of quality management and manufacturing principles •High level of integrity with strong emphasis on making and meeting commitments •High sense of urgency with the ability to delegate and prioritize to meet required deadlines •Computer software skills such as Autocad, SAP Other Requirements Gender : Male Age : 25 - 45 Years Preferred Language : Arabic, English Duty Shift / Timings : One Shift / 6:00 am to 3:00 pm OR 6:00 pm to 3:00 am Salary & Benefits Salary : Attractive Salary Other Benefits : Production Incentive (subject to achievement of revenue target, and individual performance rating) Job Remarks Job Country : Kuwait Nationality : Any Career Level : Mid-Career
