Job Summary

The Operations Manager will oversee daily logistics operations, manage delivery personnel, streamline processes, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. This role is critical to maintaining performance standards, ensuring timely deliveries, and growing our operational capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day delivery operations, fleet management, and dispatch scheduling
  • Recruit, train, and supervise drivers
  • Monitor KPIs to ensure timely and accurate deliveries
  • Optimize delivery routes and fleet utilization
  • Coordinate with Call Center personnel to resolve delivery issues
  • Maintain compliance with safety and regulatory standards
  • Manage budgets, reduce operational costs, and increase efficiency
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to implement strategic plans

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an Operations Manager or similar role in logistics or delivery services
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • In-depth knowledge of supply chain, routing, and dispatching
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Logistics, or related field preferred
