المهام الوظيفية:

  • متابعة العملاء لفهم احتياجات التطبيق وتحديثاتهم أولًا بأول
  • التنسيق مع فرق البرمجة والتصميم لضمان تنفيذ المهام بدقة
  • متابعة التسليم في الوقت المحدد مع التأكد من الجودة
  • توثيق الملاحظات والاجتماعات والتقارير الدورية
  • اختبار التطبيقات والتأكد من توافقها مع طلبات العميل

المؤهلات المطلوبة:

  • خبرة سابقة في تنسيق أو إدارة مشاريع تقنية
  • مهارات تواصل ممتازة بالعربية والإنجليزية
  • معرفة بأساسيات تطوير التطبيقات والمصطلحات التقنية
  • مهارة عالية في التنظيم وإدارة الوقت
  • إجادة استخدام أدوات العمل الجماعي وإدارة المشاريع

Job Title:Mobile App Project Coordinator

Location:Kuwait - On-site (KIPCO Tower)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with clients to understand their app requirements and updates
  • Coordinate with development and design teams to ensure accurate task delivery
  • Ensure deadlines are met with high-quality outputs
  • Document meetings, feedback, and project progress reports
  • Assist in app testing and validating user experience based on client feedback

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in tech project coordination or management
  • Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English
  • Understanding of app development basics and technical terms
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Proficiency in project management and team collaboration tools
