Role: Regional Learning and Development Specialist– Kuwait & Oman

Location: Based in Kuwait (No travel required to Oman)

Start Date: Immediate or within 1 month (Negotiable)

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver product training sessions to retail teams across Kuwait, with oversight of the Oman market (remote coordination only).
• Ensure all front-line staff are well-versed in product features, benefits, and brand messaging.
• Track training effectiveness and provide feedback to improve sales and customer engagement.
• Create and maintain training materials and reports using Microsoft Office tools.
• Act as a brand ambassador and knowledge expert in-store when required.

Requirements:

• Fluent in English with clear and easily understandable pronunciation.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer skills.
• Previous experience in a training, retail, or consumer electronics environment preferred.
• Available for immediate joining or within one month (flexible).
