Junior Architect
Duties:
- Assist the Head Architect in developing designs, drawings, and 3D renderings.
- Prepare and update architectural plans, ensuring designs comply with building codes and KM rules and regulations.
- Collaborate with other architects and engineers.
- Conduct site visits and inspections.
- Help prepare design presentations for clients.
- Create detailed drawings and material specifications.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Strong communication skills in both English and Arabic.
- Professional work ethic and appearance.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other software such as 3DMAX, Photoshop, Lumion, and SketchUp.
- High level of organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask effectively with strong time management skills.
- Capability to read and interpret engineering or architectural plans.
- Adherence to company policies and timekeeping standards.
- Consistently meets assigned deadlines.
